Manifestation is a very easy process. But why does it not work for everyone? I try to answer you this question.
Did you now that almost 80% of people are using their smartphone within the first five minutes of waking up? Maybe you too? Checking your phone immediately after waking up may not be a good way to start your day considering the fact that you’re being bombarded with new messages, emails, to-dos and other things that trigger a feeling of #stress and #anxiety. This disrupts your chances of starting your day with a calm mind. This bad habit makes you get back right away to your present and past to remind you of your problems. But what is #manifestation? Manifestation technically is rehearsing the #future. Putting your #mind and #body from the past and present into the future to prepare you for the things you really want. It`s kind of meditation. Preparing your mind, body and soul for what you want to achieve. So instead of starting your morning on the scroll, begin your day with some healthier habits such as - meditating, drinking a glass of warm water, exercising, prioritizing your tasks, etc.
These days we use to get everything very fast. Do you remember when people needed to go to the library to get new information? They spent hours to search and find the right answer in the right book. But now with pushing the enter bottom on the computer or phone, we get all the information within seconds. We lose our mind just to have a slow internet. Manifestation has no time limit and no deadline. We don`t know exactly when we get our #goals, we just know that everything we want is already here. But where and when we reach it? Nobody knows. We have no answer, we lose our #motivation, we got frustrated and after a while, slowly we give up. Sounds familiar with you?
Lots of people expect to change everything in the same time. They have too many goals that makes them distracted. Every change in our life is technically changing our routine. We can`t expect to create and follow more than 3 new routines at the same time. Do you want success? Start with small steps. Changing all the bad habits we created the last 10-20 years in one week is almost impossible. So be patient with yourself and make a list what you want to achieve. After #prioritize your goals, choose the most important 3 of them. Stay focused.
Very important detail of the process is that you actually need to #grab a piece of paper and pen and write down your #goals. After you write down the plan how to get there. #Writedown means by hand not typing into your computer or phone. You write sentences in present tense starting like "I am certain..." and followed by a statement of you want to #manifest. You write down if it already #happened. But you are not finished here, the key part is just coming now. You need to close your eyes and feel the way to get to your goals. And you need to feel certain to have them. Lots of people are forgetting this step and they think that simply naming their goals is enough.
One more very important detail: manifestation is an #everyday process. You have to make it part of your #routine. A good manifestation starts usually in the morning. That`s why it`s very important instead checking your phone the first thing in the morning, you just start your day with writing down your goals, your plans and meditating. Having a good feeling inside you and be filled with lots of energy and motivation. Focusing on yourself instead on the false pictures of social media. Starting your day #calm, #motivated and #energetic makes you half winning your daily goals.
Don`t forget to #practicegratitude. Gratitude is a positive emotion that involves being #thankful and appreciative and is associated with several mental and physical #healthbenefits. When you experience gratitude, you feel grateful for something or someone in your life and respond with feelings of kindness, warmth, and other forms of generosity.
#Celebrateyourself for every little step you reached. That gives you a good feeling, makes you proud of yourself and a good way to stay motivated.
